Explore a diverse array of avenues to cultivate leadership acumen and master pedagogical techniques. Our graduates are qualified for careers in education, business, industry, nonprofit management, and other fields as well. Benefit from experienced faculty and a customizable curriculum requiring a minimum of 36 credits, including a core of 16 to 18 credits.

• Great Opportunities: Teachers have the opportunity to become a member of a Vermont Higher Education Collaborative (VT-HEC) cohort and request an additional endorsement from the Vermont Agency of Education for their teacher licensure.
  
  
• Educational technology: Train to prepare instructional designers (librarians, curriculum specialists, and others) for all education levels or train to prepare personnel development specialists for business.
  
  
• Elementary education licensure: To pursue initial licensure at the graduate level, you must have a bachelor’s degree in a liberal studies major or the equivalent with a B average in related courses. Additional training opportunities are available through our agreement with VT-HEC.
