Our graduates are qualified for careers in education, business, industry, nonprofit management, and other fields as well. Benefit from experienced faculty and a customizable curriculum requiring a minimum of 36 credits, including a core of 16 to 18 credits.

  • Great Opportunities: Teachers have the opportunity to become a member of a Vermont Higher Education Collaborative (VT-HEC) cohort and request an additional endorsement from the Vermont Agency of Education for their teacher licensure.

  • Educational technology: Train to prepare instructional designers (librarians, curriculum specialists, and others) for all education levels or train to prepare personnel development specialists for business.

  • Elementary education licensure: To pursue initial licensure at the graduate level, you must have a bachelor’s degree in a liberal studies major or the equivalent with a B average in related courses. Additional training opportunities are available through our agreement with VT-HEC.
